Forest Bathing Experience with Tea Ceremony

3 hours

Easy

Immerse yourself in the tranquility of Lunigiana's ancient woodlands through a guided Forest Bathing (Shinrin-yoku) experience. Connect with nature, awaken your senses, and discover a deep sense of peace and well-being.

Embark on a unique journey through the enchanting woodlands of Lunigiana, immersing yourself in the healing power of nature through the Japanese practice of Shinrin-yoku, or ‘Forest Bathing.’ Led by a certified guide, this experience goes beyond a simple walk in the woods - the aim is to “live the forest”, feeling its energy, and allowing it to awaken your body and soul.

Throughout the session, you’ll be invited to participate in practices that foster ecological self-awareness, promoting an intimate connection with yourself and nature, rooted in a renewed sense of belonging, love, and gratitude. Moments of connection with other participants will create a shared sense of community as you experience the forest together. Each activity is carefully selected by your guide to help you feel the forest’s nurturing presence.

Through moments of silence, reflection, observation, and sensation, you will nourish your relationship with the natural world, a bond that brings tangible and lasting benefits. To conclude the experience, we’ll gather for a tea ceremony, enjoying a warm cup of tea brewed in our wood-fired Ghillie Kettle, paired with a wholesome vegan snack.

You’ll leave the forest with renewed joy, serenity, and gratitude for all nature offers, along with practices and insights to carry into your daily life, extending your experience beyond our time together.

Reserve your place for the opportunity to restore balance, recharge your energy, and find joy in the present moment.
